JCP provided tenant representation and construction project management services for a 5,000 square foot 24 hour Emergency Veterinary Clinic and Specialty Practice Center located in the Harbour View section of Suffolk, Virginia.  JCP coordinated the planning, design, demolition and construction for this new facility. This emergency center is now open and provides much needed emergency care as well as surgical and cardiology specialty services to the Harbour View area.

JCP represented Verizon and sold 4,075 square feet of office warehouse building on 2 acres located on the Eastern Shore in Eastville, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the property owner Verizon Virginia in the sale of this property.  The purchaser was a private investor from Virginia Beach.

25,412 square foot office warehouse in Norfolk

25,412 SF Office Warehouse in Norfolk, VA

JCP represented Verizon and sold 25,412 square foot of office and warehouse buildings on 6.69 acres located in Norfolk, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the property owner Verizon Virginia in the sale of this property to a company headquartered in Maryland.  The property was used to expand the purchaser’s operations in the Norfolk area.

22,126 square foot Class A office

22,126 SF Class A Office, Chesapeake, VA

JCP represented Verizon and sub-leased 22,126 square feet of Class A office space occupying the entire third floor of Lake Center II, in the Battlefield Corporate Park, Chesapeake, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the tenant Verizon Virginia in handling the four year sub-lease transaction.  The sub-lease tenant moved their corporate headquarters to this new Class A location.

JCP represented a private investor client and leased 9,750 square feet to PPG Architectural Finishes at Kelland Drive in Interstate Park in Chesapeake, Virginia.  PPG made a substantial investment in the facility for their long term lease. This new location will serve as the local hub for PPG’s architectural, commercial and marine coatings paint supply operations.

JCP represented a private investment partnership and leased 7,235 square feet to Bon Secours Healthcare at Northgate Commerce Parkway in Northgate Commerce Park in Suffolk, Virginia.  Bon Secours utilizes this site for their Information Technology Division.

Mas Tec North America

12,000 SF Office Warehouse in Virginia Beach, VA

JCP represented Mas Tec North America in leasing 12,000 square feet at Miller Store Road in the Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  This location serves as the hub for installations for Direct TV service and installations throughout Hampton Roads.  JCP worked in partnership with NAI Mertz out of New Jersey to represent Mas Tec North America.

JCP represented Flower’s Baking Company in their lease renewal for 9,480 square feet at Middleground Boulevard in Oyster Point Industrial Park in Newport News, Virginia.  This is a distribution operation for Flower’s Baking and JCP worked in partnership with ICORE Commercial out of Atlanta to represent Flower’s Baking in this transaction.

JCP represented a private investor client and renewed the lease for First Choice in-home Care for 7,335 square feet in the Interstate Park complex in Chesapeake, Virginia.  This location is the corporate headquarters for First Choice’s regional operations that provides medical equipment to patients located throughout the entire Hampton Roads area.

JCP represented a private investor client and leased 14,950 square feet to Prism Maritime at Kelland Drive in Interstate Park in Chesapeake, Virginia.  This location serves as the headquarters for Prism Maritime on the east coast providing consulting, program management, installation and technical services to the US Department of Defense.
