Provided tenant representation for the leasing of 47,500 square feet of warehouse space for S&V Warehousing at 5601 City Line Road in the Copeland Industrial Park of Newport News.  S&V Warehousing provides third party logistics and warehousing services and this location is an expansion of their existing operations located across the street in Hampton.

Provided tenant representation services for Dominion Interior Supply for the renewal and extension of their leased space at 5721 Bayside Road in the Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  Dominion Interior Supply has been a long term client of Jonathan CommarcialProperties and is a service oriented distributor of  acoustical ceiling supplies to local contractors.  Dominion Interior Supply currently has full service locations in Richmond, Virginia Beach and Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Provided tenant representation and construction project management services to Hampton Roads Veterinary Associates for a new 5,000 square foot 24 hour Emergency Clinic and Speciality Practice Center located at Suite 113, 6550 Hampton Roads Parkway in the Harbour View section of Suffolk, Virginia.  This emergency center is now open and provides much needed 24/7 emergency care as well as surgical and cardiology speciality services to the Harbour View area.

Sold 4,075 square feet of office warehouse building on 2 acres located at 5181 Stumptown Road on the Eastern Shore in Eastville, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the property owner Verizon Virginia in the sale of this property.  The buyer was an investor from Virginia Beach.

Sold 25,412 square foot of office and warehouse buildings on 6.69 acres located at 731 Rugby Street in Norfolk, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the property owner Verizon Virginia in the sale of this property to Big View LLC in Maryland.  The property will be used to expand their operations in the Norfolk area.

Leased 10,000 square feet of warehouse space to S&V Warehousing at 5601 City Line Road in Newport News, Virgina.  This location is an expansion of S&V Warehousing's existing operations located in Hampton which handles large freight for a variety of international manufacturers. S&V Warehousing, a division of S&V Industries in Ohio,  is a long time client of Jonathan Commercial Properties.

Sub-Leased 22,126 square feet of Class A office space occupying the entire third floor of 505 Independence Parkway, Lake Center II, in the Battlefield Corporate Park, Chesapeake, Virginia.  Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the tenant Verizon Virginia in handling the four year sub-lease transaction.  CDYNE Corporation sub-leased the premises and will move their corporate headquarters to this new Class A location.  CDYNE Corporation is a leading provider of Web Service solutions which includes data verification, data enhancement and communication tools.  In addition to their data services, CDYNE Corporation is expanding their debt servicing operations.

Leased 9,750 square feet to PPG Architectural Finishes at 1416 Kelland Drive in Interstate Park in Chesapeake.  This new location will serve as the local hub for PPG's architectural, commercial and marine coatings paint supply operations.

Leased 7,235 square feet to Bon Secours Healthcare at 1965 Northgate Commerce Parkway in Northgate Commerce Park in Suffolk.  Bon Secours will utilize this site for their Information Technology Division.

Expanded Prism Maritime into an additional 9,750 square feet of office warehouse space at 1416 Kelland Drive in the Interstate Park industrial complex in Chesapeake.  Prism Maritime previously occupied 14,950 square feet at Interstate Park and provides consulting, program management, installation and technical services to the US Department of Defense.

Represented Mas Tec North America in leasing 12,000 square feet at 1445 Miller Store Road in the Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  This location serves as the hub for all installations for Direct TV service and installations throughout Hampton Roads.  We were priviledged to have worked in partnership with NAI Mertz out of New Jersey to represent Mas Tec North America.

Represented Flower's Baking Company in their lease renewal for 9,480 square feet at 808 Middleground Boulevard in Oyster Point Industrial Park in Newport News.  This is a distribution operation for Flower's Baking and we are priviledged to have worked in partnership with ICORE Commercial out of Atlanta to represent Flower's Baking in this transaction.

Renewed the lease for First Choice in-home Care for 7,335 square feet in the Interstate Park complex in Chesapeake.  This location is the corporate headquarters for First Choice's regional operations that provides medical equipment and oxygen to patients located throughout the entire Hampton Roads area.

Leased 6,400 square feet to NGK Locke Polymer Insulators at 5721 Bayside Road in the Airport Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  This warehouse operation handles NGK Locke's overflow storage needs from their manufacturing operations also located in the Airport Industrial Park. 

Leased 10,345 square feet to Thermo-trol Systems at 504 Viking Drive in the Oceana Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  This location is their corporate headquarters, training facility and operations facility for their regional operations.

Leased 7,160 square feet to Autocraft Express at 2744 Sonic Drive in the Oceana Industrial Park in Virginia Beach.  This location is the automotive body repair shop for their insurance company servicing operations.

Leased 14,950 square feet to Prism Maritime at 1416 Kelland Drive in Interstate Park in Chesapeake.  This location will serve as the headquarters for Prism Maritime on the east coast providing consulting, program management, installation and technical services to the US Department of Defense.

Leased 14,950 square feet to Johnstone Supply at 5781 Arrowhead Drive in Virginia Beach.  This location will be a showroom, office and warehouse operation for Johnstone Supply's HVAC parts and equipment business.  Johnstone Supply relocated from South Witchduck Road.

Leased 18,400 square feet to Lyon Conklin HVAC at 1416 Kelland Drive in Chesapeake for showroom and warehouse. Lyon Conklin is a division of Ferguson Enterprises that supplies HVAC equipment and parts.

Leased 7,335 square feet of office and warehouse space at 1417 Kelland Drive in Chesapeake to First Choice in-home Care.  First Choice is a leader in home delivery of medical service supplies such as oxygen equipment.
