Jonathan Commercial Properties, working with USI Real Estate, represented the tenant Verizon Virginia in handling the four year sub-lease transaction. The sub-lease tenant moved their corporate headquarters to this new Class A location.

PPG made a substantial investment in the facility for their long term lease. This new location will serve as the local hub for PPG’s architectural, commercial and marine coatings paint supply operations.

This location serves as the hub for installations for Direct TV service and installations throughout Hampton Roads. JCP worked in partnership with NAI Mertz out of New Jersey to represent Mas Tec North America.

This location is the corporate headquarters for First Choice’s regional operations that provides medical equipment to patients located throughout the entire Hampton Roads area.
